ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Julie Coles is a highly dedicated educator with years of experience as a special education teacher, classroom consultant, vice principal, and headmaster. Similar to the experiences of many of her colleagues, Julie’s career in education was at times challenging, but never felt like a job. It was a career she felt naturally suited to; however, her need for self-preservation while teaching led Julie to discover her tenacity, resiliency, and the ability to imagine effective instructional and classroom management techniques. Julie continues to lead by example, sharing the successful techniques, strategies, and roadmaps that led to the educational prosperity of her students.
