ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Host of the #1 afterlife podcast "Shades of the Afterlife," Sandra Champlain had spent most of her life plagued by the fear of death and dying. She studied major religions, mysticism, and subjects such as medium & psychic abilities, remote viewing, near-death experiences, death-bed visitations, and more. Through some life-changing experiences in 2005, Sandra was able to rest her fears of death and fully believes we will see our loved ones again and that our lives matter.
However, having been a 'normal' person all her life, she didn't want to be labeled a 'psychic lunatic' by her friends and family and chose not to go public with her information. That all changed in 2010 when Sandra's father, John was diagnosed with cancer and passed 5 months later. Grief deeply impacted her and the relationships with siblings suffered greatly.
Through her series of life-changing events and exhaustive research, Sandra felt that she can finally share this truth with the world: Our souls really do survive death and provides an eye-opening look at grief with powerful advice to the readers.
Since that time, Sandra has courageously shared her journey with others. She has gathered the evidence, stories and experiences that can convince anyone, including a skeptic like herself, that 'we don't die.' Her goal is to help people know within themselves that their own souls are eternal and that their deceased loved ones are in heaven, loving them.
Sandra is a highly respected speaker, author and entrepreneur committed to making a difference in the lives of others. She is 1987 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and in 1991, opened Kent Coffee & Chocolate Company, (now operated by new owners, under the name 45 On Main) located in Kent, Connecticut. In 1986, Sandra and her mother Marion, began Marion’s Hospitality, preparing meals for world-class race car teams in the IMSA automobile racing series traveling throughout US and Canada. Covid 19 unfortunately ended their 30+ year business. Sandra and mom Marion now live in Tiverton, Rhode Island enjoying nature, wildlife and their valuable time together.
Sandra continues to inspire through over 600 podcast episodes and offers a free Sunday Gathering inspirational service with medium demonstration included 2PM every Sunday.
